Below you will find various addendums required for certain data sources and requirements for site usage.

Consumer reports must be used for permissible purposes only. Unauthorized access is a crime and may result in federal prosecution. Customers are required to retain supporting documentation for each transaction.

Customer Acknowledgment - Access Security, Resale & Employment Certification

This addendum must be accepted by all MicroBilt customers, to acknowledge access security protocols, rules prohibiting resale and a certification of use of employment data.

Equifax Addendum

This addendum must be signed and returned if you wish to access Equifax credit reports.

Experian Addendum

This addendum must be signed and returned if you wish to access Experian credit reports.

Confirmation of Acceptance to MICROBILT.COM End User License Agreement

This addendum must be signed and returned if an Equifax, Experian or ComplyTraq credentialing addendum has not been completed.

Information Services Certificate of Agency

This addendum must be signed and returned if you wish to access MVR Driver Records in the state of California.

Sub-vendor Agreement for Colorado Motor Vehicle Records
