Confirmation of Acceptance to MicroBilt.com End User License Agreement

ADDENDUM TO SUBSCRIBER SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR PROCESSING BY AN AGENT OF SUBSCRIBER

WHEREAS, MicroBilt Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“MicroBilt”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) are parties to a CreditCommander.Com End User License Agreement with Exhibit(s) and Amendment(s) thereto, if any, for services which are rendered by MicroBilt to Client and paid for by Client to MicroBilt, (the “Agreement”) the terms of which are incorporated herein and shall remain in full force and effect; and

WHEREAS, Client wishes to confirm in writing, its acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Agreement, acceptance of services thereunder and agreement for payment thereof (the “Confirmation”).

NOW THEREFORE, for due consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged between MicroBilt and Client and intending to be legally bound, Client agrees as follows:

Client certifies that the terms and conditions on all pages of the Agreement have been read and agreed to as written on behalf of his or her organization or business, that Client accepts the services thereunder and agrees to pay for such timely in accordance with the then current prices set forth on the website, creditcommander.microbilt.com and that Client is authorized to execute the Agreement and this Confirmation on behalf of the party so indicated.

This Confirmation constitutes the entire understanding between MicroBilt and Client with regard to the subject matter herein and may be modified only by the written consent of both MicroBilt and Client.

MicroBilt and Client acknowledge that this Confirmation may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument, with facsimile signatures construed as valid marks.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Client has caused this Confirmation to be executed as of the date first below written and to be attached to and incorporated into the Agreement.
