ADDENDUM TO SUBSCRIBER SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR PROCESSING BY AN AGENT OF SUBSCRIBER
You have selected to utilize certain products within CreditCommander.com that fall under Experian and FCRA guidelines. This will require you to print, complete and fax the following Experian addendum. Failure to complete this addendum within 15 days will disable any Experian products.

This Addendum to Subscriber Service Agreement (the "Agreement") for processing by an Agent of Subscriber (the "Agreement") dated __________ __, ____ by and between _________________________ ("Subscriber") and Experian Information Solutions, Inc. by and through its Information Solution Division ("Experian") is effective as of the ___ day of _____________, _____, ("Addendum Effective Date"), and amends and supplements that Agreement to provide specific consumer information, dated as of the same date of this Addendum.
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement as set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and other good and valuable consideration, and intending to be legally bound, Experian and subscriber hereby agree as follows:
- Agency. Subscriber has entered into an End User License Agreement with MicroBilt Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, with an address at 1640 Airport Road, Suite 115, Kennesaw, Georgia, 30144 and a telephone number or (800) 884-4747 ("Agent"), pursuant to which Agent will grant access to Subscriber to Agent's website and take certain acts on Subscriber's behalf, and from time to time and on behalf of the Subscriber will use credit information received from Experian solely to assist Subscriber with certain credit transaction processing. Agent, as the agent for Subscriber and on behalf of the Subscriber, will be entitled to receive all of the information and output of information that Subscriber would be entitled to receive under the terms of the above referenced Agreement.
- Compliance with the Agreement. Agent, as the agent for Subscriber, agrees to abide by ALL of the terms and conditions, including but not limited to the Subscriber Use, Indemnification and Intellectual Property provisions of the above referenced Agreement. Subscriber will ensure that Agent abides by the terms and conditions of the above noted Subscriber Service Agreement. Should Agent be found to be in violation of any of the referenced terms and conditions, then Subscriber may be held liable for any such violations.
- Acceptance by Agent. Agent, shall acknowledge its acceptance and willingness to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Addendum and Agreement by signing where indicated below.
All of the terms and conditions in the Agreement not amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
This Addendum to the Agreement and the Agreement may be modified only by the written consent of the parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The parties hereto have executed this Addendum as of the Addendum Effective Date by their duly authorized representatives.
